Caribbean Villas is a bed and breakfast accomodation. We opened in April 2014 last year and aim to provide elegant, high quality accomodation for travellers. We are 10 Mins walk from the centre of San Juan. Buses, Maxi-Taxis and Taxis stop outside San Juan Post Office. Taxis to the Hotel are available from Prizcar Road.

Juices: Orange, Grapefruit, Pineapple. Toast with choice of butter, cheese, jam or marmalade. Cereals, fruit bowl of mixed fruits: watermelon, melon, paw paw, apples, bannanas, coctel, grapes, pinapple slices. Tea and coffee.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your room at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date and time (i.e. by 2.30 pm tuesday for a reservation 2.30 pm wednesday) by calling us or by emailing us with a cancellation request then we will process a refund in full.
If however you have arrived less than 24 hours to our hotel and have not informed us of your intention to cancel your reservation, the full cost of the first night is payable and will be retained by our company. No refund will be given for late cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation arrival date or if the customer arrives at the hotel and wishes to cancel upon arrival. The total first night will still be payable and deducted from the credit card you provided as confirmation of your booking/reservation.
All remaing days will be refunded if paid in advance and you have indicated a request to leave 24 hours before the commencement of the next reserved night.
Breakfast Policy
Caribbean Breakfast $5 US per person.
Cooked Hot Breakfast Costs $10 US per person.
Children 1-12 years old with proof of age (Passport or ID Card) and who are accompanied by an Adult (18yrs or older who have paid for their room in full) are entitled to a Free Caribbean or Hot Breakfast.
